Your customers are the reason you’re still in business.
They’re the ones that has drove your business from where it was to where it is now.
As an online marketer, you should make it a point of duty to interact with your customers on a consistent basis.
What if i told you that the reason why I’ve continued to make sales as an affiliate marketer is my close relationship with my list. Building a customer list is not about making money from them, it is by helping them solve their challenges.
As a marketer or small business owner, make it a point of duty to interact with your customers wisely. When they send you emails, reply to them in a friendly way.
Know this–Customers don’t really want to deal with someone they cannot see, they want to deal with someone they can feel, someone they can share their challenges with, someone that can counsel and help them overcome their challenges .
The more you grow your list, they’re chances that more people will contact you for different things like consulting and questions about your product or services. They won’t contact you unless they know you’re someone that’s open-minded.
Here are ways to make your customers feel happy and special:
Send them gifts occasionally( it may be a pen or mug)
Send them free pens and maybe mug with the name of your company and any other infomration’s that’s needed.
How would you feel if someone do this to you? Happy, i believe. So, your customers will be surprised and they’ll be open and free to ask you any questions they want to if you do this.
Find their needs and meet it!
Another unique way of making your customers or people in your list happy is by finding their needs and meeting it.
The best way to convince and capture the mind of a man is when you find out what he really needs and stretch out your hand to meet it.
A lot of times, your customers need your counsel or need they want to meet. But you can’t know unless you ask them. It maybe a product or maybe a service. But the best way to find out what they really want is by asking them( either individually or collectively).
This will let your know the product to create and how best to make the product fit their needs.
Quick fix: no matter how busy you are as a business owner or online entreprenuer, ensure you take out time to know and understand what your customers are really looking for.
Offer them an information product that has a lot of value( something that has a lot of information.

Offer them an ebook or audio that contains lots of information that will be valuable to them later in life( make it free, give it away!). If you do this, i assure you that not only will your sales skyrocket, but they’ll see you as someone who is helpful.
Quick fix: If your customers are happy, your bank account will smile at all the times because your sales will improve and you’ll have an even more successful business.
