Twitter is unbelievably popular. I still do not understand why but there is no fighting it. Millions of people are tweeting and following tweets. You cannot neglect this popular platform when starting your link building campaign.

You can Use software like Tweetdeck to follow and unfollow the followers of the most popular people in your industry. Set up a Twitter Direct Message (DM) sending out a link to your fanpage where you are giving away your free ebook which has links back to your site.

Tweet links to your valuable content on all platforms, including YouTube, your blog, Facebook and your website.
